You may use SpeakFlow for your personal language-learning purposes.

Payments are processed through our payment provider. SpeakFlow does not store your full payment card details.

If a subscription renews automatically, you may request cancellation through our support team before the next billing period.

Please provide the email address associated with your SpeakFlow account and, where available, your payment or order reference.

We will review requests individually and process eligible refunds in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the request.

SpeakFlow uses artificial intelligence to provide conversations, explanations, corrections, pronunciation feedback, and other learning features.

AI-generated responses and feedback may sometimes be incorrect or incomplete.

You should use SpeakFlow as a learning aid and exercise your own judgement when relying on AI-generated information.

You retain ownership of content that you submit to SpeakFlow, such as messages, answers, or voice recordings, subject to the rights necessary for us to provide the service.

You give SpeakFlow permission to process submitted content as necessary to provide and operate the features you use, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

SpeakFlow's software, design, branding, lessons, exercises, text, graphics, and other original content are owned by SpeakFlow or its licensors.

Your use of SpeakFlow does not give you ownership of this content.

You may not copy, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit SpeakFlow's content or technology without our permission.

We work to keep SpeakFlow available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.
